FORT COLLINS, Colo., June 6 -- Larimer County issued the following news release:
On Monday, June 13 the Board o f Larimer County Commissioners will hold a public forum with the Bellvue Historic Foundation and City of Greeley regarding the proposed City of Greeley Pipeline Project. The meeting takes place at 6:30pm in the Commissioners' Hearing Room, 1st floor, 200 West Oak Street, Fort Collins.
The forum will be available electronically as well:
* Streamed live on the internet at http://larimer.org/bcc/broadcast.cfm
* Televise on local cable TV channels: North County - U.
S. Cable Channel 16, Fort Collins Cable Channel 14, Loveland Cable Channel 16.
The agenda will begin with an introduction from Board Chair Tom Donnelly followed by a legal briefing from Larimer County Attorney George Hass on the county's role and authority in regards to the project. Next there will be a presentation from the Bellvue Historic Foundation followed by a project presentation from the City of Greeley.
This is not a public debate or hearing, but a chance for the Commissioners and others to listen to the concerns. No additional comment or discussion is planned and the Commissioners will not be taking any action or official positions at the meeting.
